2026 Summer Design Discovery
2026 Summer Design Discovery introduces architecture as both an imaginative adventure and a foundational discipline. The program is thoughtfully structured to support different age groups—encouraging joyful exploration for younger students and cultivating fundamental design thinking for older participants.

Week 1 (July6-10) -- Architecture Fundamentals
For ages 12–17, the program emphasizes fundamentals. Participants engage architecture as a structured design process, learning core principles such as space, scale, structure, context, and communication. Through sketching, conceptual development, model construction, and guided critique, students build critical thinking skills and design literacy within a studio-style environment.

Week 2 (July 20-24) -- Little Architects
For ages 6–11, the experience is dynamic and hands-on. Through drawing, collage, material play, and model-making, students are invited to imagine bold ideas and unexpected spaces. The focus is on creativity, curiosity, and confidence—opening possibilities and inspiring children to see the built environment as something they can shape and reinvent.

Each participant joins the stream suited to their age, ensuring that the program experience is engaging, inspiring, and appropriately challenging.
